2026 Generation adidas Cup | Young Garys continue bracket play Wednesday afternoon

The U15s fell to Seattle Sounders FC Wednesday morning, 2-1, in the Quarterfinal Round of the Championship Bracket of the Generation adidas Cup. Ryan Schlotterbeck scored for the Young Garys in the first half, but Seattle scored twice in the second to advance in the knockout competition. The U15s will play one Showcase match later this week to close out their participation in the GA Cup.

The U16s will look to advance in the Premier Bracket following their opening round win against Busan IPark Tuesday afternoon. The Young Garys will face Atlanta United FC at 4:30 p.m. this afternoon.

36' CHANCE | A good move from the Young Garys to break into the Red Bull box and create an uncomfortable moment for the New York side. The chance is met with cheers from the Cincinnati U16 side, who is out in support this morning.

39' GOAL, CIN | The support pays off quickly as Cincinnati strike for the opening goal in the 39th minute. It is Hassan Sakr who makes it 1-0.

48' GOAL, CIN | And its two for the Young Garys. This time it is Choi who heads home from a corner.

It's a footrace to the pass with Boney and the keeper meeting at the same time, and a save is made.
