CINCINNATI – One of the most memorable games in club history returns to the airwaves this weekend when WSTR Star64 re-airs the 2017 U.S. Open Cup fourth-round match between FC Cincinnati and Columbus Crew SC.
The game will be televised by Star64 on Saturday, April 4 at 4 p.m., and will also be re-simulcast on fccincinnati.com within the WSTR Star64 viewing area.
The debut of the #HellisReal derby, the 1-0 Orange and Blue victory on June 14, 2017, kickstarted the club’s national rise to prominence and, ultimately, its invitation to Major League Soccer.
In addition to FC Cincinnati’s re-air of the fourth-round Columbus game this Saturday, U.S. Soccer will air another memorable game from FCC’s record-setting U.S. Open Cup run next weekend.
On Saturday, April 11, the 2017 USOC semifinal against the New York Red Bulls – a heart-breaking extra-time loss that ended the Orange and Blue’s trophy campaign – will be streamed on U.S. Soccer’s YouTube, Facebook, Twitterand website at 8 p.m. ET.
